Once you contact us we will let you know where to mail your return. Usually it will be to our head office in the United Kingdom. Our warehouse in Portland, Oregon is not used for returns at this time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. (Depending if you choose an exchange over a refund)
If you are shipping a return item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns for refunds or store credit with Potter & French is easy!
- Products must be unused & in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- You will be provided with a special return code to include with your return package, it will also be your online credit code so you can choose something else instead if you choose an online credit over a refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfilment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your credit will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your account within 7 days or a full refund will be processed and credited back to the original source of payment. *Please be aware that all banks have different processing times so it can take 3-14 days for the credit to show back in your bank account if you choose a refund. We advise you to check your banks refund processing times.
